Mind stimulating activities to enhance cognitive functions.
Activities that can strengthen and widen seniors’ social circles such as Communal meals, social programmes and social outings.
Activities that support seniors in picking up new knowledge and skills such as conducting health talks or workshops; knowledge sharing, and hobbies related.
Volunteering opportunities for seniors to contribute meaningfully to the community.
