Seeds Leadership Development Programme

The 2-year Seeds Programme aims to carefully nurture successful candidates through mentoring, training, job rotation and leadership opportunities, to allow you to fulfil your full potential. You will do meaningful work that impacts under-privileged seniors in the community while carving out your career as a Healthcare Administrator and future leader in Community Care.

Ren Ci Hospital is one of the largest and the only community care organisation in Singapore that offers the full spectrum of post-acute care services. We provide care through our Community Hospital, Palliative Services, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation, Day Care Centres and Home Care Services. Most of our patients come from low-income backgrounds. At Ren Ci, you will embark on a meaningful career that enables you to grow and lead with loving kindness and compassion.

Internships

Ren Ci Hospital Student Internship Programme provides an opportunity to highly motivated students from all academic disciplines. These opportunities will help you to assess if a career in the Intermediate and Long-Term Care sector is for you. Successful applicants can look to gain real life work experiences.

What to Expect

You get to learn and develop your skills from working on projects under the guidance of our experienced supervisors. We trust that you will benefit from diverse opportunities we have in Ren Ci.

Who Can Apply & When to Apply

This will be an official structured Internship Programme for current students at any point in your school’s curriculum. We are open to pre-university, undergraduate or graduate students from all academic disciplines.

Application Process

There are three parts to the application process:

1) Application

Through the school’s internship portal or official internship programme coordinator. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview.

2) Interview

The interview session is a great opportunity for you to learn more about our organisation and for us learn about your interests, strengths and potential. You will be assessed on your skills, competencies and knowledge of the project you applied for, as well as organisational fit.

3) Outcome

You will receive an offer via email if you have been selected for our internship programme.
